Mark Kaufman Roofing provided a roof at the latest Sarasota Habitat for Humanity Blitz Build. They had a crew of 10 team members who enjoyed participating in the day.
The Mark Kaufman Roofing Team
Mark Kaufman headed the team of 10 roofers. With Mark directing the team, the men moved like ants climbing the ladders with rolls of tar paper and bales of shingles over their shoulders.
Mark Kaufman Roofing and Owens Corning partnered to donate all the shingles needed to complete the roof. The northside Sarasota Menards donated sheathing and tarpaper.
Owens Corning Shingles
Habitat for Humanity was allowed to choose the color of the shingles to be used. The Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Storm Shingles come in a variety of colors so they could choose what was needed to complement the siding used for the home.
