You just finished having a roof replacement, what is next?
When your roof is finished both the Building Department and Mark Kaufman Roofing will do a final inspection. When both are done, our Wind Mitigation inspector will call and schedule an appointment. Most insurance companies require Wind Mitigations and we include them with all of our roof replacements. It will be emailed/mailed to you when finished.
Job Packet
You will be hand delivered your job packet from your estimator (Tyler Grams or Shaun Kolke).
The packet included the following:
- Invoice
- Registered Warranty
- Thank You Letter
- FPL Rebate (if applicable)
- MKRC Customer Survey
- Angie’s List Survey
- Business Cards
Sign & 6 month Inspection
When the estimator comes by after your roof replacement to drop off your job packet, he will ask if we can leave a Mark Kaufman Roofing sign in the yard for 45 days to let people know we did your roof. This is completely optional and if you choose yes we will reward you for your kindness with a $25 Shell gift card.
Also 6 months after your roof replacement, we will come by and do a 6 month inspection to make sure everything still looks great!
